Refund & Return Policy

Refund Eligibility

At Gleeffyn, customer satisfaction is important to us. To be eligible for a refund or return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging where applicable.

  • The return shipment must use the return instructions provided by our customer support team.

  • A refund request must be submitted by email, including your full name, order number, and the reason for the request.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. A 20% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns. Depending on your financial institution, refund processing may require an additional 3–5 business days before the funds appear in your account.

Please do not return merchandise to the original shipping address shown on the package unless specifically instructed by our support team.


Undeliverable and Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we can arrange a reshipment once the package is received.

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs associated with the new shipment.

If you choose not to have the package reshipped, we may issue a refund for the product value only. Original shipping charges, expedited processing fees, insurance costs, and a 20% restocking fee will not be refunded.

In some situations, returned packages may be lost in transit, refused by logistics partners, or destroyed by postal services before reaching our facility. If the package cannot be recovered, Gleeffyn may, at its discretion, offer store credit equal to up to 50% of the original purchase value toward a future order.

If the customer originally provided the correct shipping address and the delivery issue was caused by the carrier, we may resend the order at no additional shipping cost. Requests to ship to a different address may require payment of a new shipping fee.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Many of our products are prepared or sourced specifically after an order is placed. For this reason, orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, production, processing, or fulfillment may have already begun, making cancellation or modification unavailable.


Clearance and Final Sale Items

Products marked as clearance, final sale, liquidation, or promotional closeout items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Such items may arrive without original packaging and may have limited availability. Unless required by law, no additional guarantees are provided for clearance merchandise.


Warranty and Return Period

Our standard return and replacement coverage applies for 7 days following confirmed delivery of the order, based on the carrier's tracking information.

Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for refunds, replacements, or other forms of compensation unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.


International Orders

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and vary according to the regulations of the destination country.

Gleeffyn has no control over customs assessments and cannot predict the amount of any additional charges that may be imposed by local authorities.
